OMG!!! What a delectable dish!!! The fries were super crispy-exactly how I love them. The Cole slaw is amazing and the fish taco was exceptional!! The white fish was cooked to perfection with an amazing crunch. The sauce had a little bite and complicated the fish amazingly!! Thank You!!

Briana is a rock star! I recently hosted milestone birthday celebration for over 50 of my closest friends & family members. She & her team ensured it was an enjoyable (food was delicious!) & memorable event. And I'm a regular (weekly) customer; food & service is consistently superb, thanks again; highly recommend! And of course can't beat the scenic, beautiful view overlooking CT River; it doesn't get much better than this in this region of CT.
Hot Lobster Roll review by Ann
It was seriously the best hot lobster roll I've ever had! The meat was cooked fresh and perfectly. The roll was loaded with meat. They included a small cup of butter on the side which allowed me to add as much as I wanted - PERFECT!

We had a great afternoon at Tate's in Middletown. Ordered two cocktails and I had the fish and chips while my friend had the shrimp and chips. The dishes arrived quickly and the service was great. We enjoyed our meal on the outside patio overlooking the river.

Tried these for the first time last night. Wow! As soon as they were placed on the table our mouths dropped. Huge pile, app big enough to feed 4. Great crispy chips, awesome spicy sauce and not stingy with the fresh tuna at all. Absolutely loved it and so did my wife. 100% will be back just for that alone not to mention the great views, live music and the waiter singing happy birthday beautifully to our daughter. Thank you!!

The tuna nachos are a must get every time we go to Tate's! It's a large potion so it's great for sharing, or even a good size for one person's entree. The spicy sauce and even the wonton style chips are absolutely delicious!
